Weather might be cooling off a bit, but some bowlers are heating up their games. Brandon Hamilton set the pace with a 299-258-297and an 854 series.  Matt Srichrest with a 132 average shot a 503 series, Christine Brockus with a 122 shot a 179 and Rickie Cade a first year bowler with a 137 average got his first 200 game with a 208.        Looking ahead to New Years Eve, there will be a 7-8-9 doubles bowling tournament at Fast Lanes in Hoopeston. This means the 1st game if you get 7 or more pins, it counts as a strike, 2nd game, 8 or more, and the 3rd game, 9 or more pins count as a strike. Very similar to no tap, but with a slight twist. Tournament is scheduled to start at 7pm.  The Warrick Ford Open is Sunday Jan 15 at 10:00, Illinois time at Sycamore Lanes in Covington. Great way to start the new year.
